Practicalities
Initial Session
I offer an initial 50 minute session to enable us to meet and to explore your hopes for therapy. This gives you the opportunity to ask me questions, to find out more about the way that I work and to think about whether you would like to work with me. Therapy is a personal relationship and it is helpful for us both to find out more about each other before we decide to work together on a longer term basis.
The charge for the initial session is £40
Cost
My fees for a 50 minute therapy session are between £55 and £60 depending upon location and time of day.
My fees for a supervision session are between £50 and £60.
Location
I practice from premises in Old Knebworth with easy parking available. I am in easy reach of other Hertfordshire locations including Knebworth, Codicote, Welwyn, Welwyn Garden City, Hitchin, Stevenage, Baldock and Letchworth. If you are interested in walking therapy I can offer this after an initial assessment.
I also offer psychotherapy, counselling and supervision sessions using online platforms such as Zoom or by telephone.
